Keep Texas Beautiful Environmental Awards
Keep Texas Beautiful recognizes the efforts made by individuals and groups to
enhance their community and protect the Lone Star State's environment.
Together, local volunteers, groups and businesses are cleaning up the highways, rivers and lakes as well as developing numerous beautification and conservation programs. Nominate a deserving youth . . . teacher. . .senior citizen. . . group or business for an award. Keep Texas Beautiful (KTB) is a statewide nonprofit organization with a mission "to empower Texans through education to take responsibility for enhancing their community environment."

Award Categories
Youth and Education Awards
Recognizing individual and group efforts of youth, schools, and other youth
organizations. First place winners receive $100.
Volunteer Awards
Recognizing the efforts of individuals, civic organizations and senior citizens.
Law Enforcement and Government Awards
Recognizing the efforts of law enforcement officials and governmental entities. The law enforcement first place winner receives $500.
Business, Media Awards
Recognizing various size companies and media (newspaper, radio, television)
organizations for efforts in promoting environmental stewardship & public awareness.
